Fixed Price.
We offer fixed price servicing to provide you with best value and transparency. Time and time again we open an embroidery machine up to repair a reported fault, only to find multiple faults requiring repair. Fixed price servicing means no nasty surprises and you will receive your embroidery machine back in the best condition.

The Service.
As part of your fixed price service we will fault test, strip down your machine, remove all covers, perform a deep clean and degrease. To make sure your embroidery machine is operating perfectly we will then carry out a range of checks including timing checks, resetting the top and bottom tension and much more. Resetting these elements requires trademark tools and gauges and is always included in our fixed price.
Should any substantial parts be required outside the scope of service, we will call you for approval prior to proceeding.
For full transparency, we will complete your service with a comprehensive report.

Service Frequency.
The frequency of service we recommend will vary on usage but generally we would recommend an annual service to ensure the smooth running and longevity of your machine.

Service Guarantee.
We offer a 3 month guarantee on your service, should any issue arise within that 3 months we will repair it free of charge.

If it cannot be repaired.
We will do everything in our power to ensure the long, useful life of your embroidery machine. In the unfortunate circumstance that your embroidery machine has reached the end of its life we do not charge a fee for the work performed.
